Emma

S.A.L.V.E. International aims to help orphaned, abandoned, and rejected children living on the streets of Uganda.

We will fight poverty through child sponsorship and by improving educational facilities throughout this East African nation.

By providing Support And Love Via Education we hope to change lives to help to build a bright future for the next generation. Get involved - your support will go a long way!

The S.A.L.V.E. International house is now up and running!
Our Regional Director Mike will run the house which is a place where our children can acclimatise and adjust as they come off the street, and will be somewhere that they can always call home.

Emma is off the streets of Jinja!
He has just moved into the S.A.L.V.E. house where he is due to begin his course of counselling with Mike, and can now start to get used to his new life before the school term begins again in June. A big thank you goes to his sponsors for believing in him and for turning his life around.

Mooren desperately needs a sponsor. Can you help?
Mooren is in desperate need of a sponsor. She no longer has a safe place to sleep in at night and as a girl living rough on the streets of Jinja she is especially vulnerable. Can you help? Visit our Sponsor a Child section.

Ronald and Moses complete their first term at school
Both boys have settled in well to school life and have done admirably in their end of term exams. They are now spending the school holidays with their respective foster parents.

Thank You!
We wish to send our most grateful thanks to the Henderson family for their very generous donation. Their help has enabled us to set up the S.A.L.V.E. house which will be a home to so many children in the future.

Congratulations Becky!
Many congratulations goes to Becky Pitcher who completed the Sheffield half-marathon at the end of April, all in aid of S.A.L.V.E.!

Coffee Morning
Our thanks go to Dorothy Fawcett and Peggy Graham who have hosted a coffee morning in Norfolk in aid of S.A.L.V.E. - they raised £280.00! Thank you so much.

Good Luck Nicky!
Finally, we are excited to hear that Nicky Johnson will be running the Robin Hood marathon for us this year - good luck with your training!
