The International Day for Street Children is celebrated every year on the 12th of April.

The day provides a platform for raising awareness about children living in the streets and is a great opportunity to get your school involved with S.A.L.V.E.’s work.

This lesson introduces students to issues faced by children living on street, as well as the International Day for Street Children. This lesson includes a variety of activities which are suitable for all types of learners. The activities will develop students’ critical thinking, discussion, and creative skills.
